Glowing Flow Immersive Retreat: Awaken Your Inner Radiance
More than just a wellness experience, the Glowing Flow Immersive Retreat at Preidlhof is a transformative journey that harmonizes body, mind, and emotions, leading to a profound state of well-being. This retreat is designed for those seeking a deeper connection with themselves, unlocking inner radiance through mindful awareness, energy healing, and sensory awakening.
Guided by the expertise of Preidlhof’s renowned therapists, the retreat integrates advanced energy work, sound healing, and holistic therapies to restore balance and vitality. The journey begins with a Personalized Wellness Consultation, tailoring each session to your individual needs and ensuring a fully immersive experience.
Key to this retreat is the Glowing Flow Experience, an award-winning healing session created by Stefano Battaglia based on his lifelong research in the holistic field and his specializations, including Trauma Touch Skills. This deeply transformative session includes interactive conversation, meditative bodywork, and intuitive techniques that address the needs of the body, helping to release emotional blocks, anxiety, and imbalances often linked to various types of trauma.
Complemented by the Sound & Quartz Therapy, this vibrational healing experience uses the resonance of quartz and sound waves to align energy pathways and promote emotional clarity. The retreat also features a Water Healing Massage, an intimate and soothing experience in the saltwater sky pool or indoor thermal pool, fully conveying the pureness of fine touch and producing deeply transformative effects.
Throughout the retreat, guests will engage in practices such as Sensorial Meditation, Qi Gong, and Bioenergetic Therapy, designed to foster mindfulness and reconnect with their authentic self. The Psycho-Aroma Test & Aroma Massage further enriches the journey, using carefully selected essential oils to support emotional release and elevate the senses.
The Glowing Flow Immersive Retreat is enhanced by sensorial experiences such as forest bathing, mindful eating sessions, and energy-balancing treatments, each curated to deepen the state of presence and joy. As nature and holistic therapies intertwine, a profound sense of peace and renewal unfolds.
This retreat is perfect for those seeking to rediscover inner harmony, enhance their emotional well-being, and unlock their true radiance. It is an invitation to let go of stress, awaken the senses, and embrace a new way of being—one that is vibrant, mindful, and full of light.
